Some transformations happen quietly. They unfold in the moments when we sit with ourselves long enough to witness who we are becoming.

I create immersive artistic experiences that explore embodiment, transformation, and self-reclamation. Through performance, workshops, and curated gatherings, I invite participants to reconnect with their bodies, their voice and their power.

Form & Flesh was born from a period of deep personal transformation.

There were times when I had to sit with myself in quiet, and confront parts of my identity that were shifting, dissolving, and re-forming. It was not gentle work. It required shedding layers of who I thought I had to be and allowing something new to emerge.

Through that process, I learned that transformation is not just an idea. This is something the body experiences. It is felt, witnessed, and lived.

Art became the language through which I could explore that process. The act of creating, performing, and witnessing transformation became a way to honor the journey rather than hide it.

Form & Flesh exists to hold space for that same kind of exploration in others.
